Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting is this Sunday following the service. Please stay and hear about all God has done at Christ the King Anglican Church this past year and how we plan to follow Him in the coming year. We will also be electing vestry members.

Your annual report is in your mail folder in the narthex. There are a few extra copies in the narthex.

Pregnancy Care Center Fundraisers

Please stop by the Pizza Factory this Sunday and mention the Pregnancy Care Center when you order, and a portion of the sale will go to the Pregnancy Care Center. Other dates in the coming months are February 11, April 15, and May 3. Mark your calendars.

Bishop to Visit

Our bishop will be visiting on March 15. If you would like to be confirmed or received into our church, please speak with Fr. Samuel as soon as possible. He would like to give you some instruction before that time.

Men’s and Women’s Bible Studies

Fr. Samuel has men’s and women’s Bible studies on alternate Fridays on the Gospel of John. The men meet at Casey’s at 12 pm on flex Fridays and the women meet in St. Andrew’s Room at 1 pm on non-flex Fridays. Notes for these studies may be found in the narthex the Sunday before. The next meeting is for the men on Friday, January 30.

Daughters of Christ the King

The DCK will be meeting next Sunday, February 1, after the service in the Rector’s Office for their regular monthly meeting.

Evensong Service

There will be an Evensong Service, which is evening prayer set to music, on Wednesday, February 4, at 5:00 pm in the sanctuary. Please come and close your day with this beautiful sung service.

Mission to Asia

Melody & her husband leave for three counties in Asia at the beginning of next month. They are behind in their fundraising.
