Bella Sera Service Today
Today is the fifth Sunday of the month which means Christ the King Anglican Church is leading the worship service at our local nursing home, Bella Sera. It is helpful to have as many members of our church there as possible to assist and encourage the residents before, during, and after the 3 pm service. Please speak with Fr. Samuel if you would like to help or need more information.
Flowering of the Cross
Please bring flowers from your garden or the store to flower our cross on Easter Sunday.
Mission Trip Report
Jim and Melody Witham will be giving a report on their mission trip to Asia on Saturday, April 11, at 1 pm in the Sanctuary. All are invited to hear about what God did through your prayers.
Men’s and Women’s Bible Studies Starting Again
Fr. Samuel has men’s and women’s Bible studies on alternate Fridays on the Gospel of John. The men meet at Casey’s at 12 pm on flex Fridays and the women meet in St. Andrew’s Room at 1 pm on non-flex Fridays. Notes for these studies may be found in the narthex the Sunday before. The next meeting is for the women on Friday, April 17.
Women’s Ministry Planning Meeting
Ladies who are interested in programs for women or the Guild of Martha & Mary, please meet with Fr. Samuel on Saturday, April 18, at 1:00 pm, in St. Andrew’s Room. He would like to have your input and involvement in future programming.
Announcements
All announcements during the service must be made by Fr. Samuel. Please contact Melody in the office by Tuesday to have them printed in next Sunday’s bulletin.
