To Be a Christian Class

Fr. Samuel has started a 10-week class called To Be A Christian, which is an Anglican Catechism. It is at 3 pm on Tuesdays in his office. It is not too late to join. Please call the office or speak with Fr. Samuel if you would like to be part of this class. This is a required class for those who would like to join the church.

Hymn Sing this Thursday

There will be a hymn sing in the sanctuary on Thursday, August 6, at 6:30 pm. Come join us for an uplifting time praising the Lord with Jordan leading. We are having a great time going through the Gray Book.

Ice Cream Social

We will be having an Ice Cream Party on Friday August 7, from 6-8 pm in St. Andrew’s Room. In the parking lot, there will be a pool with a slide for the kids and a small pool for the little ones. Come and enjoy and use the enclosed flyer to invite an unchurched friend. More copies are available in the narthex.

Birthday Cake at Coffee Hour for Jakob

Jakob is turning 3 on August 6! Fr. Samuel is getting a cake for coffee hour next Sunday, August 9. Please plan to join them to celebrate.

Sunday Prayer Time

We will be pausing our 15-minute prayer time in the sanctuary before the service. If you feel led to be in intercessory prayer for the church shortly before the service, please speak to Fr. Samuel. He would like you to join him in his office.

Men’s and Women’s Bible Studies

Fr. Samuel has men’s and women’s Bible studies on alternate Fridays on the Gospel of John. The men will now be meeting in St. Andrew’s room at 10 am on flex Fridays and the women meet in St. Andrew’s Room at 1 pm on non-flex Fridays. Notes for these studies may be found in the narthex the Sunday before. The next meeting is for the women on Friday, August 7.
