Fr. Samuel Out of the Office

Fr. Samuel and his family will be packing and moving to their new home, the Quinnelly’s former home, between September 22-30. He will be in town, so available for any emergencies, and he will celebrate the Eucharist with us on September 28.

Moving Help for Fr. Samuel

Fr. Samuel is hoping to move the large items to his family’s new home on September 26 or 27. If you are able to help him, please let him know.

No Men’s Bible Study on September 26

Fr. Samuel has men’s and women’s Bible studies on alternate Fridays on the Gospel of John. The men meet at Casey’s at 12 pm on flex Fridays and the women meet in St. Andrew’s Room at 1 pm on non-flex Fridays. Since Fr. Samuel will be moving on September 26, the next meeting is for the women on Friday, October 3.

Sarah Battershell’s Bridal Shower

Ladies, you are invited to the bridal shower for Sarah Battershell on Saturday, September 27, at 1 pm in St. Andrew’s room.

Volunteers Needed for Coffee Hour

If you enjoy fellowship and goodies after church on Sundays, consider signing up one week to bring something for coffee hour. There is a signup sheet on one of the refrigerators in the kitchen.

Last Two Weeks to Give to Mission of the Third Quarter

The third quarter ends at the conclusion of the month so next Sunday, September 28, will be the last Sunday to give to the Voice of the Martyrs through our Mission of the Quarter. You may find more information about this ministry in the September Herald or at persecution.com. Donations may be placed in the offering plated marked for mission of the quarter.
