Sign-up List Available for Back-to-School Baskets
We plan to provide food baskets to four families in mid September. If you would like to assist with this, please use the sign-up list in the narthex or you may call the office. All donations need to be delivered to the church by Sunday, September 7. Thank you for your generosity.

Have Lunch with Deacon Debby’s Group on Tuesday
Have lunch on Tuesday, August 12, at 1:00 pm at Casey’s with your sisters and brothers in Christ. It is $2.50 Taco Tuesday. Anyone who would like to join them is welcome. This group meets monthly for fellowship and lunch. Speak to Deacon Debby for more info.
Join Us for Wednesday Bible Study and Eucharist
On Wednesdays at 10:00 am Fr. Samuel and Deacon Judy lead a Bible Study on the Scriptures that will be read the following Sunday. Then at 12:00 pm noon, Fr. Samuel leads a Holy Eucharist Service in the sanctuary. Please join us for Bible Study and/or this abbreviated service without music but including a sermon on the Daily Lectionary Scriptures for the day.
Men’s & Women’s Bible Studies
Fr. Samuel has men’s and women’s Bible studies on alternate Fridays on the Gospel of John. The men meet at Casey’s at 12 pm on flex Fridays and the women meet in St. Andrew’s Room at 1 pm on non-flex Fridays. The next meeting is for the men on Friday, August 15.
The Passion of the Christ
Join us on Saturday, August 23, at 1:00 pm, in the Sanctuary, to watch an interview with Mel Gibson who starred as Jesus in the movie The Passion of the Christ and to discuss it. Bring your friends and family and an hors d’oeuvre to share if you would like.
Diocesan Capital Campaign: Laying a Firm Foundation
Our bishop is asking that you pray about being involved in giving so the Diocese can buy property for their offices, ministry, and a Cathedral. Please speak to Fr.
